• Planning, establishing and leading work plans for the entire Operations Division(8 plants).• Leading the process of negotiation with suppliers and signing various supply contracts (real estate, human resources, equipment and operations).• Costing of products including the characterization of costing models at Teva's plants in the world.• Managing and leading economic projects (establishing the Jerusalem plant, synergy between plants, etc.)• Preparation of financial reports and analysis for all the division's plants.• Responsibility for the SOX process assimilation in the division.• Coordinating and managing the IT.• Reporting to external bodies (the Head Scientist, Center of Investments).
