PANCAKES Amsterdam was founded in 2007. We’ve combined and emphasized the values ‘fresh’, a ‘modern Dutch interior’ and the ‘best local products’. Ten years later we have grown and expanded to three locations. All situated in the heart of Amsterdam. Our first locations is located in de famous district 'Negen Straatjes'​ meaning the nine streets. The second location is situated across Central Station, the third location is between Anne Frank House and Westerkerk and our brand new location who opened last May. PANCAKES Amsterdam Aan 't IJ is just behind Central Station at the waterfront, next to the ferry to Amsterdam North. This location has an amazing view over 't IJ, the Adam Tower and EYE museum. PANCAKES Amsterdam puts a new spin on traditional pancake houses. We serve high quality pancakes, nutritious but especially freshly prepared. PANCAKES Amsterdam is always looking for the best products that are free of harmful colors, flavors and fragrances. Where possible, ‘free range’ products and ‘fair trade’ ingredients produced by local farmers! We would not want anything else!
