Lead a team to craft and facilitate the implementation of various fashion promotional initiatives, including fashion talents nurturing programmes, international conferences and exhibitions, and other promotional events and community projects, such as Fashion Asia Hong Kong, Fashion Incubation Programme, Design Incubation Programme, etc. Ensure seamless project management for different events or programmes supported by 360 degree marketing campaign and strategic partnerships & sponsorships, while budgets are strictly monitored and reported according to Government compliance regulations.

Develop Audi brand strategies on events, promotion activities, CRM and sponsorships, while ensuring execution quality is up to Audi branding standard. Plan & implement brand and CRM events for product launch, customer acquisition & retention and annual marketing campaigns. Leverage the new Group CRM system by contributing to the overall growth and development of the Audi brand via maintenance and support of the loyalty, acquisition and lead management strategy in Hong Kong & Macau. Oversee all the programs and campaigns linked to the new seamless customer journey via online & offline channels. Work with agency and business partners to collect, analyse and report all marketing metrics, collect and identify implications and actions. Drive overall strategy, tactics and targets for all activation and lead management topics. Manage the Lead Acquisition, Management, Distribution and Reporting process at all customer facing Events, Promotions, and Online channels. Manage and monitor Event & CRM marketing budget and ensure KPIs are met.

Hong Kong, Greater China South East Asia

Develop and manage seasonal Greater China South East Asia (GCSEA) marketing & event calendar, covering customer engagement activities to support seasonal product launch, building the brand and store opening campaign. Provide strategic input on building partnership program, retail initiatives and CRM strategies with objective of elevating the brand, driving sales and developing customer databases for various countries.
