To implement Canada’s Immigration laws & policies in Visa processing at the Consulate General of Canada in Ho Chi Minh City.- Prior to visa review and interview, process each case by performing data entry to checkapplication history of applicant and people related on Global Case Management System.- Ensure that all required documents and clearances have been received as well as check forpotential visa ineligibilities. Examine documents submitted by applicants to verifycompleteness of application and authenticity of documents. Alert Canadian officers aboutpossible visa ineligibilities, fraud, and missing documents.- Translate English to Vietnamese and Vietnamese to English during visa interviewsand in other tasks. Advise Canadian officers on local conditions, regulations, customs,and culture, as well as technical areas necessary to adjudicate complex cases.- Print visa/ refusal letters and package passports with documents to return to clients and saverequired files. Arrange visa application files to determine and advise priority. Create receiptson Visa Payment System.- Provide excellent customer service through efficient written and oral communication.Communicate with applicants to double check their information, follow up pending documentsand give instruction regarding their applications.

Foster strong partnerships with Business Teams and other stakeholders, ensure the Company’s compliance with all the local regulations and Aon’s requirements:- Conduct Customers Due Diligence, corporate with insurance brokers and IT team to maintain KYC/ AML records in accordance with local laws as well as compliance regulations from the U.S. - Utilize transaction monitoring software to screen transactions against internal and government-issued sanctions lists. Review alerts identified by screening systems to figure out if the alerts are true or false-positive matches.- Coordinate with Business Heads and giving guidance to Brokers to ensure compliance with Aon’s regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to the Aon’s Code of Business Conduct, all Aon’s internal policies and local law- Manage and report errors and omissions, review of all documents submitted by Employees according to the Company’s Internal Business Control Procedure, conducting the Compliance Orientation for new staff.- Assist the Head of Compliance to handle all daily works of Legal and Compliance, including but not limited to Anti-Corruption, OFAC, Trade Restriction Policy, Market Security, KYC and Internal Control for Business Transaction Procedure.
