A member of the Corporate Comms group at Numonyx (a subsidiary of Intel); Responsible to Culture and Employee’s integration and the Focal Person to Asia and Israel. In this role I was responsible for developing methods of communication tools in the global enterprise level - including the massive use of intranets and Collaboration Sites. I developed and designed new sites and created communication plans for long-term enterprise projects such as: Performance Management and Evaluation; Day 2 - Separation from Parent’s Organizations; Global Human Resources Intranet Site to Numonyx Employee’s and more.

In Numonyx (Israel) towards the establishment of Numonyx’ I was responsible to create the “linkage” between the employees and Numonyx Brand and new Organizational Identity.As part of this transaction I was responsible to provide, establish and assimilate a process that will prepare and preserve all Intel employees who became Numonyx employees. The process included Lectures, Workshops, Games, Posters, Video Clips and more. Furthermore, I was responsible to all Internal Communication in Numonyx Israel, this role included developing of designation Comms Tools and Methods to managers and employees, identifying goals and establishing infrastructure from scratch. In this role I reported directly to factory managers and worked in cooperation with the Corporate Comms and Branding teams.

Managed the training team regarding technical aspects and employees development in the organization – start from gaps identification, create annual plan, provide the developed materials, created tools and implement new methodologies in order to build a Learning Organization. In addition I developed the Training Infrastructures when we had the new Intel plant in Kiryat Gat had a massive recruiting effort (Hiring of ~2500) with NO additional Head Count dealing with the need to streamline processes and costs. I also took an active part being a member in the Global Training Manager’s Team who included Training Managers from US and Ireland.

Managed Technology’s Groups in Lithography and Thin Film area.Conducted clean room technicians, who worked in shifts; Was responsible for managing them and to the overall technical management of production equipment, availability and maintenance in order to achieve the production targets.

As part of this role I was responsible to identify and develop sources of recruitment for the organization at all sites in Israel (Haifa, Kiryat Gat and Jerusalem); I organized special recruiting events to ~150 people every time, I improved hiring processes (from 8 months to 3 weeks) and owned also all recruiting publication. During this period contributed directly to increase average hiring in hundreds percent.
