Iris Little is a senior manager in Wireless Customer Service for Verizon’s Consumer (PRO) Group.  Her responsibilities include leading and developing a customer service organization of 100+ virtual employees.  Iris is known for her ability to communicate clear expectations, across all generations within the workforce.  Iris builds trust through meeting employee expectations and encouraging joint ownership of decision-making responsibilities.  Her humility and integrity make her an accomplished strategic, analytical, and innovative leader. Iris began her Verizon career as a supervisor in Customer Service.  Since then, she held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in technical support, new employee experience, and specialty groups. Iris earned her master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from South Carolina State University.   Iris enjoys spending time with her friends, family and especially her grandchildren.  Her hobbies include reading, motorcycles, gardening and recycling.  Her community service activities were serving on the Girl Scouts Board of Directors, a victim’s advocate with the Julie Valentine Center, Harvest Hope Food Bank volunteer, and Rhoer Club assistant advisor, in Greenville, SC.
