I started out working for Walgreens where I worked for two years. While working there I gained experience in cash handling, customer service, stocking shelves, doing resets, and problem solving with customer conflicts. After working for Walgreens I moved on to Fox Communities Credit Union. With them I have strengthened my customer relations and have improved in many of the skills I developed with Walgreens. After working for Fox for 6 months I had transferred to their Call Center where I helped customers who called with problems. This ranged from online banking issues to figuring out transaction history. After working at the Call Center for a period I had decided to go back to the teller line where I was able to use my new knowledge learned in the Call Center to improve my knowledge of products and services on the Teller line. At my next job I worked at Saleytics as a call center rep. I worked woth fed ex customers to offer the best fed ex had to offer. I am currently employed at Family Video.
