I have worked in the food industry as well as the retail industry. Throughout my time working with different companies, I have acquired a good amount of experience in providing excellent customer service.I have also gained valuable experience on interacting with different kinds of people in different situations. Thankfully, I was raised with good moral values and I try to incorporate them into my worklife. My strong work ethic has made me a great employee and co-worker. One manager even pleaded for me to stay with the company when I had decided to leave. My educational studies at Broward College and Florida International University have made me into a more educated and informed citizen. My coursework in Psychology has provided me with a fundamental foundation in understanding the human mind and behavior. This kind of knowledge is incredibly important when it comes to becoming a compassionate, ethical, cooperative, and informed professional in the workforce. As a society we need to strive for more improvement in our social interactions with different kinds of people so that we grow as a community as well as a company.
