With over 17 years of customer service operations experience, I am a service operations expert who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences. I am currently the Manager of Customer Experience and Product Support at Western Power Sports (Arrowhead Engineered Products), a leading provider of powersports aftermarket parts distribution.In my current role, I oversee the functional area of customer experience, participate in process improvement initiatives, assist in the development of policies, procedures, and standards, and partner with executive leadership in producing management reports. I also provide guidance, coaching, and continuing education opportunities to my staff, and select, develop, and motivate high-performing team members. Previously, I worked as a Supervisor Service Operations at Blue Cross of Idaho, where I reduced the call handle time by 45 seconds, improved the quality of service, and monitored and evaluated the performance of the service operations professionals. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and I have a bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
