My job responsibilities are as below: 1. Design and development process set up and control covering both 2D packaging and 3D modeling.2. Team building and team management.3. Team member training and furnishing technical guidance4. Position the packaging and product art style and portrait licensing specifications5. Enhance the organization productivity and team performance by establishment of team recruitment, training, assessment and elimination operations6. Cross-departmental communication and coordination of licensing specifications to streamline the processes and tasks completion.

The main duties:Responsible for private brand products design – infusing the creativity yet extending the high quality and new functions into the new product designs.Closely coordinate among the merchandising team and suppliers on product innovation and widely attempting on different materials to strike for a distinguished and promising brand image.
