I have worked as a photographer since I graduated in photography from Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, Italy in 2009. Between 2006 and 2009 I had a photography studio in the Marche in Italy, working in fashion, product and portrait photography. In 2012 I was hired as a photographer for Bros Manifatture and there I was in charge of all photo shoots for their three jewellery lines, two hotels and two restaurants. During my time with Bros I received a lot of priceless experience photographing jewellery. Many of the pictures I took during this time were published in prestigious magazine like Vogue Italia, Elle and Vanity Fair.I moved back to my home country Iceland in 2014 and continued working with jewellery. I have therefore much experience photographing delicate and “difficult” objects.I decided to go back to school in 2017 and took one year of Webmedia at the University of Iceland. There I took courses on marketing online, analyzing websites, social media, video making for the internet and other courses that I feel have been very useful in my work.In the last few years I have mostly dedicated my time shooting for e-commerce for jewelry designers and companies. I am very dedicated, organized, independent and have no trouble working in teams. I am quick in adjusting to new situations, I am open-minded, clean, positive and very used to working under pressure.
