I have a great deal of experience as a legal assistant in civil litigation, employment law and personal injury.   My responsibilities were to assist in the opening of the new Cincinnati office. These responsibilities included ordering supplies, working with building maintenance personnel to make sure our office was running smoothly, handle outside deliveries, greet clients and others and answer the main phone lines. Additionally, I worked for the managing partner which included reviewing and correcting his draft invoices, typing correspondence, memoranda, motions, notices, pleadings, etc. I would also review, answer, print, scan and send to the worksite all emails, mail, filing. I would scan and PDF local and federal court pleadings, filing, etc.
