Iris was the global head of Intel’s Anti-Corruption Compliance for 6 years, responsible for the Company’s global anti-corruption compliance program. During her tenure, Iris’s team developed critical and pioneer projects enhancing the program and facilitated the Company’s strategic and business growth. Before heading the global program, Iris was hired by Intel as the first head of regional compliance for Greater Asia Region (including PRC and APAC) and developed the regional compliance program for the Company. She was responsible for developing the regional antitrust and anti-compliance compliance programs, leading all legal investigations, and advocating an ethical culture across the Region.Iris started her career as a private practitioner for 10 years followed by 4-year governmental regulatory experience in privacy and antitrust, before moving as an in-house compliance counsel.
