Current- Manage an accounts receivable portfolio worth $100 million in annual sales, collaborating with six branches to ensure accurate reporting and timely collections.
- Oversee a portfolio valued at $50 million for cargo in transit, ensuring that all invoices are paid within the established terms and that no payments are overdue.
- Manage the credit and collections for a diverse portfolio of national accounts, ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payments for multiple regions across the U.S.
- Perform month-end reconciliations for each national account, ensuring that all invoices are accounted for and that discrepancies are identified and resolved quickly to maintain accurate financial records and minimize.
- Lead and mentor a team of three credit and collections professionals, driving performance through coaching, training, and continuous development to achieve departmental goals and maximize collection efficiency.
- In the absence of the Credit Manager, stand in for leadership duties, overseeing day-to-day operations for a team of 10 across multiple business units, ensuring smooth continuation of credit and collections activities.
