As an experienced Outreach and Programming Manager, I am responsible for developing quarterly outreach metrics and strategic plans which increased district activities by 25%, while also monitoring implementation and creating reports for the Congresswoman. In addition, l supervise and empower a team of five staff members to plan, schedule, mentor, and direct all outreach and programming events, both in-person and virtual.I utilize my project management skills as I curate, prioritize, and execute strategic community events, all while managing multiple priorities, projects, deadlines, and values. I also act as the primary contact and maintain relationships with strategic partners in the areas of Economic Development, Small Business, Non-profits, Labor, Housing, Workforce Development, and Education.In this role, I also tracked $40m in Federal Funding to the state, assisted non-profits in applying to federal funding, and wrote letters of support on behalf of organizations in the state.

In this role, I was responsible for tracking and managing an average of 108 constituent case projects per month through the Fireside Constituent Management System. I also responded to requests and resolve issues with federal agencies while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. I utilized my strong communication and problem-solving skills will help maintain a constituent approval rating of 90% while assisting in recovering over $1 million for constituents.I was also responsible for drafting 50+ letters on the Congresswoman's behalf, including support for immigration cases, letters of congratulations to constituents, and letters to agencies to address constituent concerns.

As a Campaign Coordinator, I was responsible for raising funds from individual donors and assisting in PAC fundraising. I made direct solicitations to donors, audit the campaign budget, and maintain an up-to-date CMS voter database.Using my communication skills, I composed fundraising emails, oversaw the Congresswoman's email list serv of over 100,000 contacts, and lead communication for all social media accounts. I planned fundraising events from conception to completion, including fundraising goals, guest list, outreach, invitations, run of show, and fundraising event evaluations.I implemented the volunteer engagement plan in coordination with the Campaign Manager. This involved recruiting over 75 volunteers, cold calling voters, and canvassing the state by utilizing MobilizeAmerica and VoteBuilder CRM programs.

As the Newark Field Organizer, I made sure to implement the Field Plan set forth by the Delaware Democratic Coordinated Campaign. I did this by making sure to recruit, train and manage volunteers, as well as operated the Newark Campaign Office, to ensure that we were executing the proper tactics to get in touch with voters. I also assisted legislative candidates with their campaign efforts while building relationships with them and other political stakeholders, allied organizations and local Democratic committees.

As a front desk intern, I managed the phone system and answered any questions that constituents may have. I helped out with research for development projects as well as helped out with administrative tasks such as compiling files for meetings and other administrative tasks. I also had the privilege of shadowing New Castle County Chief Administrative Officer throughout the day to learn more about her position as well as the County Government as a whole.

As a Peer Career Advisor, I reviewed and gave constructive feedback on student’s resumes and cover letters via Handshake; the University of Delaware's job recruitment site. I also held walk in hours, so that students can come in and get in person, one-on-one help. I am also trained in helping students with their LinkedIn profile as well as acted as a liaison for Career Services.

I started working for Ruffalo Noel Levitz in September 2015 as a Student Fundraiser. While working as a Student Fundraiser, I reached out to the University of Delaware’s Alumni, Parents and Friends, to increase alumni relations as well as to raise money to support programs that tuition does not cover. In my eight months as a student fundraiser, I raised over $55,000 for the University. After working as student fundraiser for one fiscal year, I was promoted to Student Supervisor. As a student supervisor, I managed a team of up to 57 callers; completed a nightly analysis log, as well as called more elite members of the community. I also had a specialty in Human Resources. Within my specialty, I interviewed potential employees, kept up with all employee paper work and I-9 forms, scheduling of both supervisors and staff, in charge of payroll, as well as trained and coach all new employees.

I worked as a Management Analysis of the Summer feeding program, a program that gave specialized EBT cards to low income families, with students in grades k-12, run by the State of Delaware. As a management Analysis, I processed applications and assisted clients with completing their applications, I answered client’s phone calls and answered any questions that they had, as well as attended meetings to better the program. I also was in charge of creating a statewide resource book to assist the state centers with different programs that the state offers

As a Senior Congressional Intern for Lisa Blunt Rochester, who is now Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester, I helped research elite donors and voters, I helped with the marketing campaign by assisting with the design of pamphlets and other types of advertisement. I also assisted in organizing her kick-start campaign rally and greeted members of the community at various events that we held and also process their information into NGP Van. Lastly, I was also in charge of training new interns and completing other various tasks as assigned.

As a Page and Summer Intern, I shelved books, videos and periodicals throughout the library, using the Dewey Decimal System. I also created and planed children programs to be ran throughout the summer, while also running these programs. I was also in charge of all incoming and outgoing transit, assisting customers, and auditing the multi-media section of the library.
