Grown up in the German no-man's-land between Ruhrpott and Niederrhein, I fled to Vienna to study theater, film and television science and ethnology and finally landed at the FU Berlin. Now I have been living in Berlin for half an eternity. Here I work mainly as a screenwriter. Because the best stories are not always written by life... If I do not explore the multicultural microcosm of my immediate neighborhood or swim in any water crossing my path, I develop new ideas and write exposés, treatments & screenplays for all German TV stations, for cinema and recently for the Internet.
