    Functie-mutatie onderzoek naar het eiwit GAPR-1 met behulp van CRISPR/Cas9 techniek.Met CRISPR/Cas9 techniek ( MMEJ &NHEJ) wordt een deletie in GAPR-1 gemaakt en een insert(inframe gfp) ingebouwd op een specifieke plek in het GAPR-1 genoom. (twee projecten). CRISPR/Cas9 systeem wordt met vectoren in een humane cellijn gebracht. Met Klonerings technieken is deze vector geconstrueerd. Technieken: digestie&ligatie, transfectie XL1-Blue competent cells, kolonie-PCR, dna elektroforese, mini-prep, DNA Sequencing.Humane cellijnen (A549,CHO, COS7, HAP1, HEK293, HeLa,HUH7, T47D)worden op kweek gezet en gecontroleerd op GAPR-1 expressie.
