I am currently in training to become a competent Cash Manager at our Treasury department. Due to a restructuring within my company I was made redundant in my position as International Payroll Accountant per the 1st of April 2018. Fortunately I was asked to apply for the vacancy of Cash Manager within our Treasury Department and after a job interview was given the opportunity to take up this new career challenge.

I retrained as an International Payroll Accountant (Expat Payroll). I like working with detailed information and creating fool proof large data sheets. As this is a standalone job I feel I can create my own way of working and also perfecting this to make it as efficient and smart as possible. In the last year I have gained a lot of knowledge with regards to international tax equalization and how to process/ calculate tax exemptions on NL wage tax within a payroll.

As of this year I no longer work at the Technology Secretariat, but I will be assisting our Technology Administrator with the financial administration for Technology Department. I will also be the main contact for our subcontractors world wide.A large part of this job is to maintain the world wide headcount for the entire Technology Department and interdepartmental cost allocation. Making sure that our companies' Human Resources Department personnel files reflect that of department personnel administration.

I work as lead of the Technology Secretariat, coordinating the workload, setting employee targets for my team members, doing performance assessments and improving our service using continues feedback sessions with our management team. I also work as the personal assistant to our Manager Technology (head of the department).

I work at the Technology Secretariat for the Management Team of the Technology Department. The Engineering Management Team consists of 14 managers. Besides that we also give support to our 300 (average) Engineers working at the several departments within the Technology Department. The job is a real challenge, which makes it very enjoyable for me. I like to be challenged, both in time management and prioritizing. I also like to get mentally challenged. I try to see how to change/ challenge the status quo within any job I do.

Amsterdam Area, Netherlands

I worked as a Project Assistant for the EQUAT Project, handling all secretarial and administrative jobs. Also I was a Document Control Assistant, handling all incoming and outgoing documentation.After the project closed-out, I reorganized the documentation system of a project located in Romania, before leaving for my new job in Leiden.
