Recruitment ManagerNearshore Call Center Services- Head Recruiter For 2 Major Campaigns (At&T U-Verse And Santander Ban Jan 2014 - Present- Head recruiter for 2 major campaigns (AT&T U-Verse and Santander Bank of USA) from the USA, recruiting 30+ new hires on a weekly basis with excellent English communication skills, customer service and sales experience. Young professionals, preferably with Call Center experience. Besides those two mayor campaigns take care of 4 minor campaigns all from the USA. All with customer service and sales campaigns, depending on their necessity- Point of contact for clients during recruitment process- Supervise the recruitment department, 4 recruiters for English campaigns, and 2 recruiters for Spanish campaigns- Report directly to the COO of the company on a daily basis, to inform about headcounts and other activities- Do inductions on first day of training- Coordinate all trainings and trainers, providing information on each class to start, including HR, security, trainers and production managers- Collect all needed information from trainees and make sure HR files are up to date - Follow up on background and laboratory results, depending on their outcome- Create advertisements every other week to be published in the newspaper- Develop recruitment strategies using social media and advertisements- Staying in contact with all ministries that deal with employment in the Dominican Republic - Organize job fairs every 3 months to attract new people
