• Strengthen, enhance and protect L’Oréal APAC Operations’ image and reputation, strive to increase awareness and understanding of company’s business, strategy, values and social contributions to key target audiences. Build up and implement communication strategy in line with business strategy. • Develop collaborative network with L’Oréal Communications teams globally, regionally and with brands in APAC to ensure alignment on strategy and key initiatives• Develop and manage communication channels and oversee content development internally and externally, online and offline. Develop strategic contents on storytelling for key topics on Sustainability, Beauty Tech and Employee Engagement for internal and external communications especially on social media in creative way,.• Lead Managerial Communication, support and advise the Management Committee and key Group experts with regards to corporate communication topics• Strong collaboration with HR team on Employee Engagement, Employee Advocacy, Diversity projects. Contribute to bring employee with sense of pride• Lead and organize specific communication events & campaigns internally and externally• Support Crisis and Issues Management• Support organizational changes• Develop ongoing reporting processes and analyses to effectively monitor, analyze and maximize return on investment for communications campaigns/efforts. • Manage communication budget

Focus on Communications & CSR1. Communication • Develop and implement communication strategy that meets organizational objectives and aligns with the Maison Cartier strategy in China• Ensure key messages from senior management are properly reflected in communication to stakeholders• Build/drive a culture that can ensure employees and managers will carry out the goals of a company.• Manage existing communication channels and develop new tools• Review and measure effectiveness of communication messages and channels2. CSR:• In partnership with Global Cartier Foundation, brand PR team, Group CSR team, external stakeholders and NGOs to develop specific action plans for Cartier China on a range of projects, initiatives and campaigns. • Lead, monitor the execution on project cross function, secure the implementation successfully• Promote and disseminate key program or projects via communications channels• Employee engagement and branding through different CSR projects• Project team management3. Budgeting:• Forecast total budget accordingly on annual business priorities and strategy as appropriate.• Manage budget ensuring activities are kept within reasonable deviation of fiscal year
