Iris has 25 years of business development experience in real estate and other industries. Early in her career, Iris has been instrumental in building the business development functions of Asiana Enterprises Limited, a medium sized FMCG business located in Hong Kong principally involved in premium health foods. In this role, Iris successfully helped Asiana penetrate major FMCG distribution channels including Hong Kong's largest supermarket, convenience store, and premium department store chains. Iris subsequently moved on to founding Wide Star Enterprises and became part of a team in setting up a proprietary software for real estate agency applications. Iris officially joined Rosebery Capital as one of the founding members in 2013. She is mainly responsible for business development and investor relations. In the early stages, Iris was responsible for fundraising and exit strategies for several residential projects in Manchester. Iris subsequently focused on commercial office schemes in Asia and UK and originated several high profile transactions in Hong Kong, including advising a client on a super prime commercial building in Hong Kong that was subsequently sold at HKD 3 billion. Iris has also been at the forefront of developing ties within the corporate community of Mainland China, especially the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Bay Area. She is the Vice President of the Hong Kong New Era Youth Organisation (“NEYO”), an organisation actively promoting the interests of Hong Kong entrepreneurs in Mainland China.
