Re-branding project management throughout the Asia Pacific region in signage production industry.Establishment of operational structure in the company: 1. Establish a resource base of every vendor in the countries we have been dealing with.2. Communication system with suitable program for time-to-time communication.3. Establish a frame work of working flow, and update system that can be followed.The basic function on the role is:- Capturing initial data of existing environment, and providing professional suggestions to each possible space for new branding items.- Collaborat with vendors to keep the cost under budget and deliver reasonable quotation to the client. - Time management from manufacturer, installation and report.- Solution for crisis - in urgent circumstances, we also travel to the designated location to supervise and deal with the issue be ourselves.- Quality control to make sure everything produced following the scope, and installed correctly.- Logistics management for third party signage, including package, time, budget and delivery.- Sourcing new suppliers globally for the client if a special scope/technic is required in the project.
