Maintain retail billing data on computer. Enter retail point-of-sale information and warehouse price points for the Meat, Seafood, Deli, Bakery, and Produce and Floral Departments for 47 stores. Maintain and update daily (on computer) all Perishable Department order guidebooks designed to inform stores about product availability, pricing, and sales margins. Serve as liaison between warehouse, buyers, brokers, and corporate officers. Additionally responsible for Perishable Departments scales including pricing, tare weights, shelf life, ingredients, and nutritional facts. Regularly trouble shoot discrepancies and resolve problems.
