- Prepare customers’ files for Corporation Tax filling.- Record all transactions in Quickbooks: cash disbursements, payroll and sales.- Adjust journal entries in order to complete the Financial Statements.- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually Sales Tax fillings and online payments.- Other reasonably related duties.

- Record transactions of Accounts Payable and request their payments before the due date. - Prepare monthly Production-Cost reports and quarterly Intercompany Balance Reports. - Perform the physical count inventory of tobacco.- Upload all the information required in the Due Diligence process of the Compliance system for vendor approval, government interaction, third parties, contributions, gifts, travel and entertainment, including OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) search.- Train new employees and third parties about the Global Compliance Program and the Code of Conduct.- Monitoring and testing procedures according to the company policies and SOX internal controls. - Write minutes of monthly Compliance meetings.- Receptionist duties, once a week.
