While employed I worked in many of their departments. I have loaded and unloaded trucks, selected product, replenished selection slots, put away received goods, and been responsible for sanitation tasks. I have worked in a range of temperatures from -12-75F while with this company. I drove a range of equipment while here, all Crown brand. I used Crown stand up RMs, RCs and DPs and was responsible for my own battery changes.

I have a wealth of tool, schematic and blueprint knowledge as well as being EPA universal certified refrigeration handler since 2005.In my time at Rodgers Heating and Cooling I have performed a wide range of duties, from running parts and tools to multiple job sites, to being a service tech and making sure calls are completed in a timely manner and any upsales I could make were done. Being involved in customer relations was a heavy part of the job, and making sure customers had product and service information available to them was key.
