In my role as copywriter/content creator for employer branding, I write new blogs, articles and social media posts for our potential talents! I write and rewrite vacancies on our careers site. On this site my team and I created a 'Stories' page, where we dive into the daily life at TOPdesk. We also create some of our own videos. Next to writing for our designated pages, I also create content for our Instagram feed.

As an account manager I contacted our customers on a daily basis through e-mail or phone. Every now and then I also visited them on location to discuss their progress and challenges. I acted as an advisor and sales person, and offered solutions and opportunities to their cases. I worked in a Sales team with other account managers, prior to our re-organization. In the new situation I worked closely with account managers, marketeers, consultants and support employees of TOPdesk, specialized in the Business Unit 'Managed Service Providers'. During my time as an account manager I followed several courses on Sales, most notably the Sandler Foundations Training and Pulse Customer Success Academy.

As an intern at Columbus Travel - magazine, I got to practice and do a lot of writing for publishment! I had a great time working in a small team in Haarlem and be part of the creative process of putting a monthly magazine together. I wrote about different activities to do in different countries and cities, got to interview the managing director of Sea Sheperd in the Netherlands and an interview with American singer songwriter Ed Kowalczyk on his waterplan, among other things. I worked closely with the graphic designer, graphic designer intern, other editors and editor in chief.
