As a product owner mainly focus on the waters.com to manage, execute and communicate the eCommerce product roadmap, from feature requirements to delivery, growth and optimization for mobile and web customer journeys• Understanding of the current digital landscape, ecommerce trends and how they intersect with ongoing Waters customer needs• Maintain integrity and accuracy of product data and process documentation, ensuring product catalogs are up to date in our data management tools (PIM,CMS, etc.).• Apply analytics, user feedback, and intuition to provide insight on product focus and optimization efforts• Partner with key vendors and technology partners to solve technical and business challenges• Work with global Marketing Communications content teams to design and promote a go to market strategy for new feature sets

Work cross-functionally/geographically for eCommerce order-to-cash process automation solution analysis & design, collaborate with technology teams to enable requirement collection, system integration and solution development

Analyze business problems and opportunities, evaluate, clarify and define business processes and systems to meet user requirements, gather and document business and functional requirements, investigate, determine and recommend solutions for change requests and coordinate with IT to identify functional and technical options.• Work closely with the front-end design, development and testing teams to ensure efficient and effective use of resources assigned to defect corrections and enhancements.• Communicate website changes and ensure internal and external training/help resources are prepared to support system users.

Act as business partner and interface between IT and business team, e.g. initiative, project execution, and escalation etc.• Co-work with global IT, other local IT teams and stakeholders in BU, and oversee all aspects of project scope, schedule, risks and overall management to ensure and drive successful delivery of assigned projects.• Responsible for managing and overseeing the operation of assigned projects, conducting requirements sessions, setting milestones, reviewing progress, reporting status, reallocating resources, and resolving conflicts.• Review and optimize business process, synergize the best practice across the Bus• End to end project planning and report out to the local and global team
