• Responsible in ensuring standards of operations are in place.
• Responsible for semi annual performance appraisals of employees.
• Reviews sales and profit performance and provides feedback as suggestions to upper management.

• The Store Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, and directing the store team to achievehighest level of Customer Service standards, and in-store execution to deliver sustainable sales andprofitable targets..
• Monitor and reviews sales performance and recommends action plan to deliver sales budgets.
• Reviews manpower and space productivity and identify areas of improvement.
• Implements cost effective measures to improve productivity and profitability.
• Creates measures to minimize losses and damage.
• Checks/Monitors availability and replenishments of stocks.

• Overall in charge of the Ladies Shoes department.
• Responsible for maintaining the selling area and personnel.
• Responsible for stocks ordering and transfers, including performing stock adjustments if necessary.
• Performs weekly sales analysis.
