Recruitment: Set up yearly and monthly recruiting targets. Draw up the recruitment budget and control the recruitment cost within the budget. Prefect the recruitment system and procedures, promote the recruitment efficiency. Establish and maintain proper recruitment channels. Make and submit all kinds of recruitment reports needed by the senior management. Resource: Maintain the Resource management report. Inform relative department and allocate to systems for any resource change. Team Management: Responsible for recruiting team building-up and train the team members. Assign tasks to the team members. Lead the recruiting members to communicate with Clients to identify and confirm the job requirements and the related information. Help and guide recruiting members in the work. Make performance review policies, set up SLA, and do the performance evaluation to team members.
