Blending a 29+ year career as a pharmacist with 22 of those years as the pharmacist-in-charge in retail pharmacy with a commitment to mentoring, volunteerism and developing others. I am a lifelong learner, an advocate and a supporter of volunteerism and mentoring. I spent two years as a legal advocate for women and children affected by domestic violence, 2 years as program manager for HFH and coordinator of the Habitat Youth Council and 1 year as a mentor for at risk youth during a break from my career. I work continuously in prevention education with high school students focused on bullying prevention, substance use and suicide prevention. More recently I worked as a mentor/career and life coach for displaced homemakers and women impacted by COVID helping them develop their resumes, jobs skills, and life skills as they enter or re-enter the workforce. I'm currently working part time and per diem as a pharmacist assisting with the roll out of the Covid-19 Bivalent Boosters, and influenza vaccinations and enjoying every minute.
