Including spearheading recommendations circulation strategy, forecasting and analyzing detailed match-back reporting.Analyzing marketing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts. Successfully forecast, reduce costs while improving revenue will be critical to this role’s success.Overseeing the development and management of the company's catalog products, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.Leading vendor relationships with the mills, printer, and distributor. Lead distribution conversations, securing paper, negotiating costs, and working with distributor to ensure catalogs and print pieces are in homes as scheduled. Managing a global team of print marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed across geos.Collaborate with Merchandising, Business Management, Creative and other teams to ensure that catalog marketing initiatives are aligned with overall company objectives.Develop and manage the catalog marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently and consistently look for ways to improve both margin costs and revenue.
