- Utilize SAP to analyze sales trend, forecast future demand, and monitor automated ordering system to maintain optimal stock level for stores, E-commerce, and B2B channels including major American retailers- Collaborate cross-functionally with other business units (Offer, E-commerce, Marketing, B2B) to guarantee product availability for strategic campaigns on different channels- Manage upstream supply through ordering from different supply sources, including warehouses in Spain and Colombia, production in Asia, and local supplier in USA. - Lead offer optimization project to increase margin by 5% and improve availability by lowering the landing cost and shortening overall lead time- Provide piloting files with AFO to closely follow OTB of products and develop necessary action plans with business developer- Follow the lifecycle of products – implementation, top/flop analysis, and end of life management

Decathlon is the largest sporting goods designer, manufacturer, and retailer in the world. I joined the project in September 2017 to help Decathlon enter the U.S. market, to make sports accessible to the many.As a Junior Brand Manager, my responsibilities include:- Manage U.S. product selection for all water sports brands – Tribord, Nabaiji, Subea, Itiwit, Olaian- Manage organization, merchandising, and strategies for water sports brands in U.S.- Utilize Shopify to adjust online product presentation, offer, collections, and navigation- Work closely with IT team to enhance user experience online- Analyze E-commerce data through Google Analytics and adjust marketing strategy- Establish partnerships with local community entities- Manage logistics and supply for both store and web through Brightpearl- Resolve customer service inquiries & complications through Zendesk/Aircall- Curate content for online blogs and social media- Manage the store & part time sales associates weekly, serving as main point of contact for the day- Inject marketing strategy to highlight Decathlon’s water sports brands- Contact users directly to collect feedback on products and Decathlon experience- Assist with translation and verbiage for products- Work directly with water sports brands in Europe- Serve as sport expert in store & perform store operations- Present to board members, community, and others about Decathlon’s current initiatives
