Committee for the Recruitment & Retention of Diverse Staff. Created in 1999, the Diversity Action Council (DAC) is commissioned by the President and Vice President for Global Diversity and Inclusion, and is comprised of PSU faculty, staff, and students. The DAC's role is to foster equity and social justice by reviewing PSU programs, policies, and decision making and developing recommendations that aid the university in our work to serve the best interests of our diverse constituents.

As the Testing Services Program Administrator at Portland State University, I oversee daily operations, including training, outreach, faculty communication, scheduling, and other aspects of leading and evolving the department. I apply in-depth knowledge of adult learning theories, understanding of ADA compliance as it relates to students in a higher education setting, and seasoned leadership, advocacy, and organizational skills and experience. I recruit, hire, onboard and train a team of student employees and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders across the university to conduct this work effectively; these partners include leadership, staff, faculty, IT, HR, facilities, and the Disability Resource Center.

Studying 1) Sexuality, Gender & Queer Studies, and 2) Spanish, as well as a full track that acts like a second major for the Urban Honors College program.

As an Account Director and Digital Experience Strategist for Connective DX (now PK Global), based in our Portland headquarters, I bring a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and needs into alignment with custom-fit project teams from Connective DX for every initiative. By fostering open, collaborative relationships between our own teams and our client partners, I ensure each program aligns to broader organizational priorities and is on a path for continuous measurement, learning, optimization and strategic growth. I've spent nearly two decades helping to build global brands through digital channels, partnering with B2C and B2B organizations to win and delight customers in the U.S. and around the world. I have significant experience in the healthcare, fashion & beauty, technology, entertainment, publishing and travel & tourism industries, among others.
