Created in 1999, the Diversity Action Council (DAC) is commissioned by the President and Vice President for Global Diversity and Inclusion, and is comprised of PSU faculty, staff, and students. The DAC's role is to foster equity and social justice by reviewing PSU programs, policies, and decision making and developing recommendations that aid the university in our work to serve the best interests of our diverse constituents.

As the Testing Services Program Administrator at Portland State University, I oversee daily operations, including training, outreach, faculty communication, scheduling, and other aspects of leading and evolving the department. I apply in-depth knowledge of adult learning theories, understanding of ADA compliance as it relates to students in a higher education setting, and seasoned leadership, advocacy, and organizational skills and experience.
