Local community intervention initiative to enhance Maghrebi women’s integration into the community through Output and Outcome strategies. Coached the first phase of the project which focused on literacy. Since social entrepreneurship is the end goal of the plan, prepared practical activities such as debates regarding culture, gender and professional prospects to empower their participation in society.

Prepared and delivered classes to students between the ages of 4 and 14 years old. Recorded a daily follow-up of the students’ performance. Elaborated low performance analyses and performance-improvement plans for those pupils with difficulties. Wrote term reports and conducted parents-teacher meetings. Received both online and in-person trainings of teaching techniques for each age group and had term audits of the conducted lessons.
