As a cafe staff at T's Home Cafe, I handle and prepare food in accordance with sanitary and food safety regulations, while also maintaining high quality and consistent product standards. I provide exceptional hospitality to our customers, maintain strong communication with team members and management to solve problems and improve service, and I am able to multitask under high-stress situations. Additionally, I assist in curating content and monitoring media analytics on various social media platforms to boost engagement. During my time as a marketing intern, I managed our social media channel that resulted in doubling our following. I also have experience interacting and connecting with brand promotors to create promotional events.

As a Media Intern for Foodess, I assisted registered dietician, Jennifer Pallian, with her food and nutrition blog by managing content and developing media plans. From this experience, I gained a strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, I learned how to respond to social media analytics to boost engagement, and I created new and innovative ways to increase website traffic. As a social media intern, I was able to maintain a 100% engagement rate, the key performance indicator for how well the content resonates with the audience.
