Lead regional staffing operation transformation projects in Great Asia RegionManage the hiring process in the region and calibrate and partner with C&B, HRBP and HR Legal etc other HR functions to make sure our hiring process is effective, efficient and compliantProvide operational/business analytical support to the region staff
