Job Descriptions:1. Import Air freight Receive shipment pre-alerts from global counter parts. Notification of incoming shipments to customers and broker. Monitoring and communicating the shipment status and concern to customers, counterparts and company broker. Alert of actual arrival of shipments to company broker and securing all required shipping documents and government permits for customs clearance. Truck monitoring during delivery so as to send delivery status to customers. Sending of proof delivery (POD) and POD details to customers upon receipt of actual goods.2. BreakBulk Coordinator Receive shipment pre-alerts from global counter parts. Notification of incoming shipments to customers and broker. Monitoring and communicating the shipment status and concern to customers, counterparts and company broker. Alert of actual arrival of shipments and availability of shipping documents to customers and broker. Breakbulking proper monitoring via telecommunications with different carriers of light details of recorded shipments. Receive of actual shipping documents from airliner of arrived shipments.  Segregation of Master Airway Bill (MAWB) per House Airway Bill (HAWB), furnishing and scanning company copy, stamping and signing of each house airway bill and classification per broker.  Turnover of shipping documents. Preparation of billing statement for collect charges of COD shipments. Securing OR number of breakbulk fee/COD payment, accomplishing, scanning and filling of receiving copy. Daily report of unendorsed shipping documents and pending arrival of shipments. Received of bad order report and preparation of supporting shipping docs for claim filling from airline. Sending of proof delivery and delivery details to customers within 24hrs of actual delivery of goods.
