- Track down all new/current listings for our client's offices by checking our business CRM and adding it to the master Corporate Compliance Checklist.- Audit files/documents during the new listing stage and record all possible breaches.- Collate all breaches during this stage and send emails to agents listing all breaches for them to rectify before the property is sold.- Check each property mid-campaign, for any changes to the live date and auction date/time, prices, advertising fees, or valid SOIs. Ensure all changes and necessary documents are updated and saved in our client's CRM software and the property folder.

- Talking to clients to determine their expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, or other information needed to develop a financial plan.- Answering client questions about financial plans and strategies and giving financial advice.- Advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management, and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.

- Take calls and build rapport to our American clients about their telephone, cable, and internet.- Provide and review billing cases which includes, but is not limited to investigating and managing all credits, refunds, chargebacks and subscription extensions.- Deliver exceptional technical service to end-users diagnosing and resolving issues.- Schedule dispatch team to handle installations and repairs.- Interact with prospects or customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
