Taking samples of food, surfaces and water for chemical and microorganism analysis. Regular controls over swimming pools and water deposits measuring Cl, pH and turbidity. Taking samples for Legionella control.Face to face teaching of courses related to hygiene and food handling of up to 10 hours, to private establishments or public administrations (city halls)

Environmental Impact Assessment of plans and projects. Research on the environment which surrounds proposed projects using Spanish public information (maps, manuals, informs), evaluating the possible impact of the construction and later activity on the same environment (socioeconomical, landscape, vegetation, protected habitats, animals, plants or areas...). Assessing the impact of the possible alternatives, and ways to minimize damage (proposing mitigation strategies when needed). Knowledge of the different categories of local, autonomically, national or EU mandated protections (animals and plants, habitats, archeological or culturally relevant sites, protected landscapes, Red Natura 2000...).Management of environmental authorizations and licenses. Knowledge of the documentation and requirements asked by the respective authorities (environment, archeology...) in order to approve a project.

Rescue of immature sunflower embryos on sterility conditions (under a laminar flux hood), taking samples of each seed for genetical analysis. Lab material preparation and use of autoclave. Monitoring of seedling inside culture chambers, transferring them according to maturity of said seedling and contamination control. Seedling selection, transplant and sampling of cotyledon tissue for further genetical analysis.

Field work on sunflower fields, taking leaf samples for genetical analysis, controlling colonization between individuals and elaboration of phenotypical descriptions to match the genetical analysis.
