Hello! I am an undergraduate student currently enrolled at the University of Colorado at Boulder presently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration with emphases in finance and leadership. Now in my third year at Leeds, I have found myself investing in the school's growing Personal Financial Planning Program where I am preparing myself to take the CFP Exam in 2025. Additionally, I am aiming for a global business certificate. I found this path, because I not only enjoy the thought of helping people manage their money; I also want to ensure those same people are comfortable throughout the many milestones that are ahead of them. At the same time, I am interested in the countries of the world and how business is conducted within their engrossing cultures. Prior to my time at Leeds, I was enrolled at the Colorado School of Mines pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering before I transferred to CU Boulder two semesters later to instead undertake a business degree. Even though my time at Mines was rough, I felt it was a learning experience that taught me the path the I truly wanted to travel, that being the field of business.Since then, it’s already been over three years since I transferred to CU Boulder and two since I’ve been enrolled at Leeds. Even though I’ve learned so much in such a short time, there’s definitely still room for me to grow and I only look forward to the opportunities that will present themselves in the near future.
