- created entire Extracurricular Program including clubs, internships, and student government as an avenue for promoting values of industry and initiative in the youth- partnered with NGOs, companies, and conference organizers to provide internships and volunteer/delegate opportunities in Myanmar and abroad- restored integrity of Student Code of Conduct and set up the advisory board, allowing 100% of our students to graduate with no unresolved or unaddressed disciplinary cases

- revived the board’s coaching services after 4 years of non-performance by creating and delivering tailored agendas for 15 national affiliates, addressing the specific bottlenecks in marketing, team performance, and finance & legal administration of each- served as the knowledge hub for national affiliates aiming to expand in new countries & territories with complicated socio-political backgrounds and international relations- mentored 8 country directors of expansion entities in Asia & Europe, as they face personal challenges of finance, legalities, credibility, and cultural integration- deployed to Laos, Malta, Slovenia, and Albania to deliver a team planning retreat to their executive boards which includes work culture assessments, restructuring, and timelining for the upcoming second semester

- spearheaded an international team of 4 to recruit & train 50+ members on customer relations and operations, resulting in our becoming the fastest growing entity in Asia Pacific- set up foundation systems and tracking tools for financial management, B2B sales, performance appraisals, and human resource management for future long-term use- partnerships with national affiliates in Southeast Asia to deliver regional projects on business skills development, peace & justice, and climate action- collaborations with UNDP, INGOs, youth networks, private companies, and a development bank for national forums on entrepreneurship and higher education solutions for Myanmar

- created a proposal framework and planning tool for 15 community development projects on waste management, agriculture, HIV/AIDS education, child education, and financial literacy- spearheaded a regional project on Carbon Reduction for MDG 7, wherein 5 SEA entities co-deliver one common project with specific design standards and measures - acquired country partners to ensure 100% compliance to the Quality Standards as both a sending entity and a hosting entity of international volunteers- led the Entity Control Board, tasked to assess quality cases from customers & enablers, ended with a record of 8/8 cases resolved and documented
