In a world that’s evolving faster than ever, leaders face unprecedented pressure—not just to adapt, but to guide others through rapid change with vision and heart. As a single mom and founder, I know the challenge of balancing personal well-being with professional ambition. I’ve spent my career building influential business communities, supporting thousands of founders and startup teams, and co-founding the coworking industry. My dedication to service earned me recognition as a Titan of Tech. Yet, like so many leaders, I found myself in burnout when the pandemic added new stresses and shifted my priorities.Rebuilding my resilience meant redefining success—not just for my business, but for my entire life. I committed to a path of rest, recovery, and joy, I reevaluated my priority list and reimagined what it means to thrive as a leader. Today, as a business strategist and leadership coach, I guide other founders and leaders to do the same. You don’t have to choose between professional success, or a connected family or personal well-being.My coaching approach isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, because I understand that every leader and business model is unique. Instead of offering a cookie-cutter method, I supply you with proven tools and best practices, and together we create a customized roadmap that aligns with your values and vision. My role is that of a guide—you are the leader, determining the direction and destination.
