To support the Head of BT Board Governance in taking responsibility for Funds and Superannuation Board and Committee papers and processes. Project management and delivery of the Board and Committee papers and provide updates to / management of responses to Board and Committee actions.Take a leading role in ensuring compliance with governance requirements and acts as a conduit between Company Secretariat and Management to ensure quality and timely delivery of board papers for the Funds and Superannuation Board and Board Committees.Taking responsibility for the Pricing Committee matters and processes, support the preparation of agendas, support the collation and distribution of Committee papers and update/responses to Committee actions.

- Driving a consistent and aligned insurance view of management and board reporting across the Insurance business.- Co-ordination of quarterly and ad hoc papers to the Insurance Board & Board Committees. Responsibility to ensure submission is timely and of a high standard, ability to drive quality & consistency across papers.- Management of Board and Board Committee deadlines for the Insurance business, including planning of calendar dates for submission deadlines and circulation of papers to the Chief Operating Officer and the General Manager, Insurance for sign-off.- Co-ordination of prudential visits or requests for information, in conjunction with the Prudential Regulatory Affairs team.- Co-ordination of the Year end prudential document preparation, approval and lodgement process.-Co-ordination of Leadership Team meetings, including agendas, briefing material/pre read, minutes, actions and overall governance.

This role plays an active part in:•Establishing and maintaining productive, professional relationships with key personnel within our sales and distribution network.•Proactively works with our distribution partners on joint planning of projects and initiatives.•Monitoring the performance of our various channels, understanding opportunities for improvement and managing our ongoing internal and external relationships to ensure BT Life continues to derive anticipated business and customer experience benefits•Take a leading role in resolving issues and concerns between the Life Insurance business and our sales and distribution partners.•Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis. •Co-ordinate business meetings where required to manage progress on joint initiatives•Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
