• Implement content strategy for Peoplesjewellers.com website to support brand value proposition and improve KPI in traffic and conversion. Responsible for promotion calendar online execution, including promotion set-up and pricing validation.• Establish key reports for webpage performance and promotion results through Adobe Analytic and SAP Business Object to support Planning and Merchandising teams in forecasting and hindsight review.• Monitor and optimize search experience through search as you type optimization, relevancy tuning, site navigation refinement, and A/B tests. Collaborate with merchandising to refine attributes and search results.• Produce creative briefs providing direction to the Design team to ensure consistent branding and relevant content on the homepage, within emails, and throughout the websites.• Involve in new site functionality launch with requirements, business UAT testing, and training.• Serve as SAP commerce promotion engine expert on enhancement projects with IT to meet complex business requirements and online customer experience. Facilitate training for all team members across banners.

• Act as point person for five different websites’ promotion execution, including coordination with IT team, Merchandising, e-commerce, Marketing, and Credits for ongoing site promotional events.• Track promo code performance and analyze code usage and revenue with SAP Business Object Web 4.4.• Create and maintain Adobe Analytic reports for the site and key product performance with Workspace.
