I am a second-year Industrial and Systems Engineering student at the Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Science at Binghamton University with the intention of pursuing a Master’s Degree. Through my first-year coursework, I have built a strong foundation of skills including research, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. ISE has provided me with an opportunity to explore my interests in mathematics, science, and design. I look forward to finding ways to improve systems and the world around me. As a social person, I love to work with others and seek opportunities in leadership. Thus, I am an active member of the Society of Women Engineers, in which I connect with my peers and explore professional opportunities. Likewise, I devote time to volunteering in nursing homes through the Binghamton Aiding Hearts club, and I am a weekly mentor to a local high school student in hopes of encouraging the prioritization of their education. I am excited to continue learning about industrial and Systems Engineering and gaining hands-on experience both in and out of the classroom.

  -Restored 5+ houses devastated by floods, fires, sewage leaks, and mold infestation with a team of 12 to ensure pre-loss conditions and cleanliness standards were met-Organized a team of four technicians and facilitated communication with supervisors to understand and delegate tasks
