Relevant work contributed to high-impact publications.• Project 1: Purified, crystallized and analyzed the structure of RAS proteins in complex with mutant forms of RBD by X-ray crystallography technology (contributed to research published in Journal of Biochemical Chemistry, 2020).• Project 2: Optimized the experimental protocol for purifying the protein complex of CNK:HYP -- a regulatory complex of the RAS-ERK pathway.
