 Prepare over 550 Tier II Environmental Reviews for proposed Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Single-Family Housing Projects throughout the State of Florida.  Conducts peer reviews and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Reviews prior to submission to the State for review and acceptance by the Certifying Officer. Prepared all the necessary filing forms for 100 storm damaged modular reconstruction residential projects under the NYC Build-It-Back Program. Researched and managed the filing process through the NYC Department of Buildings. Coordinated with NYC Department of Buildings officials, construction team and other project consultants regarding the time sensitive construction schedule. Corresponded with building officials to comply with all DOB requirements for projects. Involved in the conversion from wood frame construction filings to modular pre-fabricated construction filings as well as obtaining permits for all NYC Build-It-Back homes with DOB NOW under Fence and Curb Cut filings. Worked closely with the Construction Manager and General Contractors to identify and satisfy all outstanding NYC Department of Buildings Required Items associated with Special Inspections, Energy Code Inspections, and Department of Building Elevator, Electrical, Plumbing, and Construction Inspections and Permit Sign Off. Managed closeout operations via TR-sign-offs. Assisted in the preparing of schematic and construction documents for various new construction, elevation, and rehabilitation of storm damaged residential.  Performed code and zoning analysis and coordinated with plan examiners to answer all DOB questions and objections as required for all projects.
