This included analyzing and interpreting immigration policy, labour market programs and employment equity legislation in Canada to produce two policy briefs on internship programs for immigrants/newcomers and employment equity issue at workplace. The policy briefs also included identification of policy problems, proposed options, and policy recommendations.
