Recognizing her passion for service, the Clark County Commission appointed her to serve as a board member of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Citizen Review Board, where she advocates for fairness and accountability.Iris worked in the administration of the “Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil” for over seven years. She focused on managing different projects, ensuring efficient administration, and maintaining high-quality standards within the hospital.
