About Iris Rúa Carrillo
I have a degree in Business Administration in the bilingual modality, having the opportunity to develop 40% of my studies in English.Throughout my studies I have carried out several activities such as participating in the student organization AIESEC, where I developed my communicative skills. I have also assisted to the Official School of Languages of A Coruña during my studies, learning English, a language that I am still trying to improve as I consider it very important in the business world.At the end of my degree, I wanted to deepen my knowledge from a more practical perspective in a real changing business environment, so I decided to study the Master in Business and Administration (MBA).In the second quarter of my master's degree, they offered us the opportunity to live an international experience through the Master of Jurisprudence in Corporate and Business Law in Delaware (United States), an opportunity that I decided to take advantage of to develop my skills in a completely new environment for me.During the second and third year of my degree I had the opportunity of being part of two medium sized companies related to consultancy and logistics for three months each.During my masters, I had the opportunity to do an internship related to e-commerce in Zara Home, a multinational company belonging to the Spanish Inditex group dedicated to the manufacturing of home textiles.I recently completed an Au Pair experience in the United Kingdom with the aim of improving my English level for 9 months.I define myself as a responsible person, eager to learn and dynamic with great ability to work in a team. I would like to continue expanding my knowledge progressively based on experiences both at work and at a linguistic level.
